1. Whole Eggs

Egg whites were considered as one of the main weight loss foods due to their low calories, fat and cholesterol content. However, they are low in other nutrients. Thus, including cruciferous vegetables in our diet helps in weight loss while boosting our overall health.

5. Boiled Veggies: Potato, beans and legumes

Boiled vegetables are filling foods. They reduce appetite and suppress hunger for a long time. They contain resistant starch which helps in weight loss. Potatoes contain a wide range of nutrients and high amounts of potassium which helps in controlling blood pressure. Beans and legumes are high in fiber and protein.
